In each of the campaigns Prénatal has done throughout the year there should be many communication elements in POS. Materials vary from store to store depending on the language, size and public profile. The time available between the end of each campaign creatives and deployment time is very short. It must be rigorously respected as they are actions which depends the effectiveness of commercial action and sometimes is closely linked to very seasonal peaks (Christmas, Back to School, Sale Summer, etc.).
Prénatal requested us a proposal to address in a comprehensive and efficient way the materials management for each campaign.
CeGe proposes an integrated process in which the client sends us their creations through its communications agency with all the information stores.
In CeGe we developed a production planning of each of the elements, which already takes into account the final amounts needed to ensure greater cost efficiency.
Perform or coordinate the production of all graphical elements: air, vinyls, flyers, displays desktop, bookmarks or promotional price… everyone in the required language and size.
To facilitate and expedite the implementation time in stores, materials are sent, and grouped by each store type.
